STEP 1 - Charity or Self Fund?

Self Fund & pay the full cost of your place yourself. OR - do it for a Charity of your choice (pay a reg fee & commit to a fundraising target). SAVE 25% with our official CHARITY PARTNERS and then save EVEN MORE with the Winter Promotion!

  • Full Challenge - £60 Reg Fee  (normally £80) + £425 minimum fundraising (SAVE an extra £10 until 25th December with code WINTERCF - pay only £50!)
  • Half Challenge - £45 Reg Fee (normally £60) + £275 minimum fundraising (SAVE an extra £5 until 25th December with code WINTERCH - pay only £40!)

Note: The Reg Fee is non-refundable. At least 50% of the Min Fundraising target should be with your Charity (or against your Just Giving page) by 6 weeks prior to the Challenge. At this time your Charity will pay a Fee for your place to the Organiser - £55-£130 (depending on distance). Failure to meet the 50% target may result in your cancellation from the Challenge by your charity. The remaining 50% fundraising should be with your Charity 4 weeks after the Challenge.

Note: The Self Fund cost is payable in full when you register & sign up. A proportion of this cost is non-refundable, which is equivalent to the Registration Fee for the standard (non Partner) Charitity fundraising option.

 

There is no fundraising obligation with Self Fund, but you can make your own arrangements to support any Charity if you wish to.

STEP 2 - Individual or a Team?

Join as an Individual >

You'll meet others on the Challenge. Our Team is there to support you!

 

Select "Individual" within the Registration Form (you can always create or join a Team later by logging back into your reg form)

 

You'll need to choose a 'Start Time'

Create a New Team >

Select "Create a Team" if you are 1st Team Member to register.

  • You'll become the Team Captain
  • You'll need a Team Name
  • Create a Password (optional)
  • You Register in full yourself
  • Choose the Team's Start Time 
  • Communicate Team Name/Passsword to those joining
  • Team Members search for Team Name when registering
  • You will receive details of a person who joins the Team

Note: If fundraising, the minimum target is per person - NOT per Team

 

Team Members can fundraise for the same, or different Charities, or Self Fund. Teams can be of any size

 

Team Members can take on the same distance or a MIX (eg some Full or Half, some running or walking etc)

Join an existing Team >

Select "Join a Team" within the Registration Form

  • Your 'Team Captain' will have given you the Team Name
  • If a Password is required the Team Captain will know it!
  • You can search for the Team when you register
  • You Register in full yourself
  • Team Captain will have chosen the Team's Start Time
  • Team Captain will be emailed your details

Note: If fundraising, the minimum target is per person, not per Team.

 

Team Members can fundraise for the same, or different Charities, or Self Fund. Teams can be of any size

 

Team Members can take on the same Challenge or a MIX (eg some Full or Half, some running or walking etc) 

STEP 3 - The Registration Form

The info needed to sign up >

  • Personal details
  • Charity choice (if applicable)
  • Distance/route choice
  • Walk, jog , or run?
  • Individual or in a Team
  • Create a Team or join one
  • T-shirt size (for finisher's T-shirt)
  • Dietary requirements
  • Medical notes / declaration
  • Emergency contact details (3rd party)
  • T & C's declaration

You'll receive a Confirmation Email (please file it) - then visit the Participant's Area of the Website for all the info you need

You will be asked if you would like to book any optional extras:

MEALS >>

Meals are included - we will contact you when extra meals are available to book.
The only meals NOT included that must be booked are as follows:


1st Half/Full 100km Challengers: 25km Rest Stop lunch (or reserve a baguette [incl crips and drink] from on-site vendor).
Full 100km 2 Day Challengers: Sunday morning breakfast (served 5:00-5:30am)
2nd Half Challengers: 80km Rest Stop lunch (24km into your Challenge)

Meals can also be booked for your SUPPORTERS at 25km, 56km, 80km & 100km.
