Jog it...

The Thames Path Challenge is the perfect event to test yourself - set a new goal. You may want to combine a bit of running and jogging without any pressure to go at a certain speed or pace or get caught up in the full on Ultra Run crowd.  Of course the option is always there to walk a bit when it suits you - and you'll get full support all the way. Push yourself further in 2018 - join us for a real challenge!

All Joggers receive:

  • FREE hot food at Major Rest Stops (except 1st) & at the finish line

Full Challenge - 100 km - Sat through to Sun

A continuous jog around from Putney to Henley. Saturday morning start, on through day & night for a Sunday finish. Most participants will be on this epic challenge.

  • Times: Putney start Saturday 8th September, 7am - 9am
  • Route: Putney start, along the Thames Path through Hurst Park, Runnymede and Cookham. Then on to a festival finish at Henley-on-Thames
  • Target Time: 16 - 20 hours

Inclusions:

  • Hot meal at half way Rest stop at 50km (Saturday dinner)
  • Hot meal at 78km Rest Stop (late dinner / breakfast)
  • Finishers meal (Sunday morning / afternoon)

Optional extras you can book:

  • Baggage transfer straight to finish (in cash on the day)
  • Full meal at Hurst Park (22km)

2 Day Full Challenge - 100 km - Sat & Sun

Do the Full 100 km over 2 days; jog in daylight & rest at half way. Saturday morning start for 1st 50km, then a 6.00am start Sunday morning for the 2nd half 50km.

  • Times: Putney start Saturday 8th September, 7.00am - 9:00am, then Runnymede on Sunday at 6:00am.
  • Route: Putney start, along the Thames Path through Hurst Park, Runnymede and Cookham. Then on to a festival finish at Henley-on-Thames!
  • Target Time: 8-10 hours / day (Sunday afternoon / evening finish)

Inclusions:

  • Hot meal at half way stop in 50km (Sat dinner)
  • Hot meal at 80km rest stop (brunch)
  • Finishers meal (Sunday afternoon / evening)

Optional extras you can book:

  • Baggage transfer to half way then onward to Henley (bookable in cash on the day)
  • Full meal at Hurst Park (22km)
  • Sunday Breakfast

Take on the 1st Half Challenge - a challenging 50km jog - setting out from Putney on Saturday morning!

  • Times: Putney, Saturday 8th September; 7am - 9am
  • Route: Putney start, along the the Thames Path to Hurst Park, then on to a Runnymede finish.
  • Target time: 8 - 10 Hours (Saturday evening finish time)

Inclusions:

  • Snack & energy stops at every 12.5km.
  • Hot meal in 50km (Saturday dinner)

Optional extras you can book:

  • Optional baggage transfer (bookable on the day in cash)
  • Full meal at Hurst Park (22km)

Take on the 2nd Half Challenge - a challenging 50km jog - setting out from Runnymede on Saturday morning to Henley.

  • Times: Runnymede, Saturday 8th September; 12pm
  • Route: Runnymede start, along the Thames Path to Cookham and then onto Henley.
  • Target Time: 8 - 10 Hours

Inclusions:

  • Snack & energy stops.
  • Hot food at Half-way rest stop 78 km and for finisher's meal at Henley

Optional extras:

  • Optional baggage transfer to finish

Take on the 1st Quarter Challenge - a challenging 28km jog. Starting on the Saturday morning at Putney. 

  • Times: Putney, Saturday 8th September 7am-9am
  • Route: Putney to Hurst Park
  • Target Time: 3-5 Hours (Saturday afternoon finish)

Inclusions:

  • A snack & energy stop at 14km
  • Finishers meal at 28 km (Saturday afternoon)

Optional extras:

  • Optional baggage transfer (in cash on the day)

  • Route: Runnymede to Cookham
  • Target Time: 3-5 Hours (Saturday afternoon finish)
